Weekly Tasting Schedule 12/2-12/5

Wednesday 12/2, 6-8pm: We will be pouring three delicious French wines with Ben from Weygandt Selections. We will start with a crisp and wallet-friendly Côtes de Gascogne Blanc, and continue to a more textured and complex Pinot Gris from a top producer in Alsace. We will end with a bright Poulsard from Arbois!

Thursday 12/3, 6-8pm: Heather is here with some Austrian delights, as well as an obscure but delicious Italian wine. We will pour a fun Austrian “Orangetraube” (bet you’ve never heard of that one), as well as a lovely Austrian rosé. We will then taste a blend from the highest, most northern zone of the Piedmont made predominantly from the Prünent grape, an ancient clone of Nebbiolo. We will end with a dazzling Eiswein (Ice Wine) from the shores of the Neusiedlersee!

Friday 12/4, 6-8pm: Eva from Regal will be greeting you with bubbles, and will follow up with a white wine from the Northern Rhône, as well as a Washington red blend and a suave California Pinot Noir.

Saturday 12/5, 4-6pm: Italians galore with Jen from Jan d’Amore! We will try a rosé and a red wine made from the same grape called Aleatico. Will will also try a tasty Umbrian red and will end with Vin Santo!
