Wednesday 12/16 6-8pm: Marion from VTS has all of the bases covered with her line up for us. She will be pouring the Bollinger Brut Special Cuvée NV, a layered Crozes-Hermitage blanc, a serious and structured California Pinot Noir from Brewer Clifton, and to cap it off an elegant Cognac from Tesseron.
Thursday 12/17, 6-8pm: Meghan from T. Edward is bringing the Champagne, and will greet you with Billecart-Salmon Brut Blanc de Blancs! We will also be tasting a delicious and inexpensive California blend, as well as one of our favorite organic Napa wines from Robert Sinskey.
Friday 12/18, 6-8pm: We will tasting some delicious Eastern European wines from Blue Danube. We will start with a crisp Slovenian white, followed by a complex and textured Hungarian white. We will also taste a bold red from Slovenia and a fortified wine made from over 30 indigenous Georgian varietals!
Saturday 12/19, 4-6pm: Ben from Bonhomie will have a lovely sparkling Gamay open. We will also taste a unique Sauvignon Blanc from St. Bris in Burgundy, as well as a Blaufränkisch from Michigan.
